Asu no Yoichi – 09
We’re not dead yet, and neither is this project. Here is Asu no Yoichi episode 09 for those who actually, and patiently, waited on our release. I commend you for your desire and willingness in doing so.
I don’t know when the remaining episodes will be released because I just make random appearances from time to time… like our releases. If I had to guess what the schedule is, I would say that ever since we reached episode 08, jama decided to release the remaining episodes as a 4-part OVA (wait, Asu is 12 episodes, right?) that we’ll try to get out monthly. I think we’re trying to follow the Katanagatari model of releasing episodes.
Why? Because waiting for Asu no Yoichi is just as epic as watching a satisfyingly confusing Katanagatari episode 07.
For now, all things that I make up are to be treated as true until I make more things up… or if jama or spinal say otherwise.

So it’s done. The last ep took us quite some while to finish. This is mainly to blame on me as I haven’t been active the last weeks at all. Hey, final exams (like the ones you do at the end of the last year in school) were approaching and RL > VL and all. Yesterday I took the last exam for the next 4 weeks, but essentially you can thank mild_even for this release. He made sure to finish episode 12.
In retrospect you can blame the rest of the staff who would just wait for me to whip ‘em to get some work done. But yeah, you gotta work with whoever you got, right? 
Well, they haven’t been *that* bad. So here comes the obligatory list of people who worked on Blacksmith and deserve the respect of all of you!

So yeah, BD rips are dropped. Not really surprising if you ask me, though. This still doesn’t mean we drop any of the other (old) ongoing projects. Since I’ve got some more free time again I’ll make sure to finish those. (Does even anyone still care though?)
